I have experience with a wide range of events, from intimate 20 person retreats to 1,000+ person conferences. Depending on your program needs, I can handle a portion or the whole scope of work. This includes: venue sourcing, rooming lists, speaker management, scheduling, food & beverage and on-site assistance. If your event has a sponsorship and/or expo component, I can manage prospecting, sales, contracts, branding, third-party vendors and on-site logistics.
